The BagSpot Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes what information PWD Systems, LLC D/B/A BagSpot Pet Waste Solutions (“BagSpot”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects via this website, how we use it, to whom we disclose it, and how we safeguard it.

Your use of the site constitutes your consent to the terms of this Policy. If you cannot or do not consent to the terms of this Policy (as it may be revised from time to time), you must not use the site.


Personal Information.

We collect personal information from our customers, potential customers and others visitors to our site.

For example, when you make a purchase from our site or contact us about returning a purchase, we collect the personal information you give us. This may include information such as your name, addresses (e.g., shipping and billing), phone number, email address, and payment information (e.g., credit card information).  We may also collect that information if you complete the “Contact” form on the site or sign up to receive emails from us.

When you browse our website, we also receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address and information regarding your geographic location and your browsing activity on the site (as further described below).

You are not required to provide personal information to us.  However, if you do not provide personal information, you will be unable to create an account or complete a purchase via the site.

Navigational Information:  We automatically collect information related to how you got to the site (e.g., the site from which you came), the site to which you navigate after leaving our site, what pages you visit on the site, when and how long you stay on pages, how many pages you visit, and if you complete any forms on the site. Some of this information is anonymous, as it does not permit us to identify you personally. However, we may associate this information with your personal information that we receive.

Technical Specifics:  We automatically collect information related to the technology you used to access the site, such as the type of device (mobile, desktop, laptop, tablet, etc.) you used, the brand of device you used, your operating system and screen resolution, the internet browser you used, and the service provider and network used to access the site.

Cookies and Google Analytics:  The site may also use “cookies” and other technologies to recognize users or customize their experience. A cookie is a small text file that a website’s server places on a user’s computer, mobile phone, or other device. Deleting, Reviewing or Updating Your Information.

If you believe your account information is incomplete, inaccurate, or not up to date, or if you would like to review and/or request changes to any of your information (including deletion of your information), you may contact us at 800-203-3613.

You will be asked to provide proof of your identity by either signing into our website or providing us additional proof in writing in order for us to verify your identity and try to prevent a third party from altering, deleting or accessing your account or information.

In certain circumstances, we may decline a request to delete, review or update information, particularly where we are unable to verify your identity.


We do not sell ANY of your information to third parties but may disclose information as described in this Policy.

Service Providers:  We may (1) disclose your information to service providers that we use to support our business, and (2) allow our third party service providers to collect certain information via our site (as noted above) and to use the information collected in accordance with their privacy policies.  

For information collected through the site, certain information may be provided to (or collected by) service providers who help us do things like provide features of the website (e.g., payment processing), or process and fulfill orders placed via the site. We may also use third parties to provide services related to hosting the site, provide technical support, process and store your information, send or coordinate the sending of marketing communications on our behalf, or provide other services that help us learn about use of the site.

Law Enforcement and Regulators:  We may disclose information about you to outside companies, organizations, or individuals if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosures of the information is reasonably necessary to:  meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of our business, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law; and enforce our rights. 

Other Third Parties:  We may provide your information to persons or entities in connection with our own business operations, such as to our auditors or counsel, or in connection with a major change in our business (such as an acquisition), provided such persons or entities are subject to obligations to use the information only for the purpose we provided it to them.


This site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals, and does not authorize the collection of personally identifiable information by third parties or sharing of personally identifiable information with third parties except as provided in this Policy.


BagSpot operates a U.S.-based site that is intended for U.S. users. This Policy governs the information collected by BagSpot, including information collected at this site, irrespective of where you are located when you access it, browse it, interact with it, or submit information to it. This means your personal information may be stored outside of the province, state, and/or country in which you reside (including in the U.S.), and processed by us, an affiliate or a third-party service provider as described in this Policy. Moreover, governmental and regulatory bodies that have jurisdiction (e.g., courts, regulators, and law enforcement agencies) may be entitled to access your personal information.

If we learn that you are located in the EU and are accessing the site, we will not intentionally collect any information from you without your consent and will delete all automatically collected information concerning your visit to the site.  


The protection of your personal information is important to us! We will take measures we consider appropriate to prevent the loss and misuse of information. 

However, the security of information transmitted through the Internet can never be guaranteed. No security system is impenetrable; and, because the Internet is an open global communications system, we cannot and do not guarantee that information will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others, such as hackers. We also cannot and do not guarantee that any information provided to us through our site is maintained at levels of protection to meet specific needs or obligations you may have relating to that information.  


The site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from users of this site who are under the age of 13. If we become aware that a user of our site is under the age of 13 and has provided personally identifiable information to us via our site, we will remove that child’s personal information from our files.


While you are using the site, you may be linked or directed to other third-party sites outside of our site that are beyond our control. Each of these third-party sites may have a privacy policy different from ours.
